Shipping policy
We currently ship orders to supported addresses within the United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping. Orders submitted with an unsupported delivery address may be canceled and refunded.
Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered to supported addresses within the United States. No minimum order value is required.
Processing Time
Orders normally require 1–3 business days for processing after payment is successfully authorized.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM Pacific Time will begin processing on the next business day.
Orders are not normally processed or shipped on weekends or United States public holidays. Processing may take longer during holidays, promotional periods, or other periods of unusually high order volume.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard shipping normally requires 5–8 business days after the order has been processed.
The total estimated delivery time is approximately 7–12 business days.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, service interruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
After an order is placed, the customer will receive an order-confirmation email.
When tracking information becomes available, we will send a shipping-confirmation email containing the tracking number or tracking link. Tracking updates may take additional time to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Delivery Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We will make a reasonable effort to update the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed after processing has started.
Lost, Delayed, Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments
If an order is significantly delayed, lost, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us at hello@whhsk.com
Please include the order number and, when applicable, photographs showing the condition of the package or product.
We will review the issue and work with the carrier or fulfillment provider to provide an appropriate resolution.
